1.2.  Exploiting Sàn Uy Tín Online or Other Partners:

  • Breaching contractual terms with Sàn Uy Tín Online, resulting in financial loss or reputational damage.
  • Using San Uy Tin Online’s information or platform to engage in unfair competition or actions that harm other partners.

Article 2: Market Manipulation and Fraudulent Trading Practices

2.1. Price Manipulation:

  • Using tools or software to generate fake signals or manipulate customer orders.

2.2. Order Interference:

  • Intentionally causing frequent order delays (slippage) that disadvantage customers.

2.3. Other Fraudulent Activities:

  • Operating as a “B-book” broker without transparency, while acting against clients’ interests for profit.
  • Offering ambiguous bonuses or promotions with unattainable conditions or withdrawal restrictions.

Article 3: Violations of Legal and Industry Regulations

3.1. Operating Without Valid Licensing:

  • Providing false or misleading information about licensing status.
  • Licenses that are revoked, suspended, or no longer valid from published regulatory bodies.

3.2. Involvement in Money Laundering or Terrorist Financing Activities.

3.3. Violating other applicable laws in the partner’s home country or in jurisdictions where San Uy Tin Online operates.

Article 4: Serious Misrepresentation and Lack of Transparency

4.1. Providing false information about the company, products, or services in advertisements published by San Uy Tin Online.

4.2. Concealing key information that may affect investors’ decisions (e.g., risks, fees, withdrawal conditions).
